The Group operates on a hub-and-spoke model, with Swiss serving as the headquarters, Dubai-DIFC as the hub for MENA operations, and Egypt as supporting secondery hup for MENA’s region. This organizational structure allows JMI to achieve an optimal balance between operational efficiency and gearing. Furthermore, we have plans to introduce a new investment platform in UK-FCA within the coming three years. Additionally, we are exploring opportunities to launch in two other jurisdictions in the following year. This expansion strategy underscores our commitment to extending our geographical reach and enhancing our global footprint.
